Coconut Cookies recipe

Then add the remaining egg whites along with the rest of the liquid oil, vanilla and lemon juice to the pan and mix the ingredients with a wooden spoon in a round-like manner, like turning a votive halim. Stir for 10 minutes on very low heat.

Note that the temperature of the pastry should be such that our hands do not burn when we put our finger in the pastry. After stirring for 10 minutes, pour the pastry into a sealed container and set aside to cool and cool.

The fourth stage

Now turn on the oven to 180 degrees Celsius to heat. After the pastry has cooled, pour it into the funnel, then place a greaseproof paper in the oven tray and place the sweets on the greaseproof paper at a distance from the funnel.

The fifth step

If there are bumps on the sweets, grease our fingers with a little liquid oil and flatten the sweets with your fingertips. Finally, put the sweets in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes to be ready.

After the sweets are completely cooked, take them out of the oven. If you want a little golden on the sweets, you can turn on the grill for a minute. Finally, wait for the sweets to cool, then collect them and keep them in a sealed container.
