  • Coconut powder 150 g
  • Walnut brain 100 g
  • Liquid oil a teaspoon
  • Rose water half glass
  • Cold water two glasses
  • 100 g starch
  • Sugar 200 g

Recipe

To prepare the potato, first pour the cold water into a pot (it is better to use a Teflon pot) and then add the starch, and then place the pot on the stove to thoroughly dissolve the starch in the water with gentle heat.

Stir a little with a spoon or a wooden spatula. Be careful that if a bullet is created, spoon it on the starch to dissolve it. When completely starch is dissolved in water, add the sugar in a little while and stir with a wooden spatula to dissolve it in the sugar liquid.

Then add rose water and oil and stir continuously until the liquid is concentrated so that it does not have any effect on the liquid and you only have a dough in the pot. Then remove the pot from the heat and add the nut’s brains and let it cool down.

Then put the material in the fridge for 1 hour to completely absorb and tighten. At the end of the refrigerator, grease your hands and knead it a little, and cut it in a cylinder of 3 centimeters in diameter and pour in a plate of coconut powder.

And take it with you and drink it. Another way is to put the dough out of the pot for 1 hour in the fridge and remove the fridge after 1 hour and put the nuts in the middle of the shape afterwards.
